As she walks towards the end of the tunnel, suddenly “there’s light” she doth shout

The smell of grass, the sound of the sea pulls her gradually through the negativity

Only a glimmer of hope was needed, a need to which she could cling

Feeling the difference of doubt turn to hope she feels a glow deep within

She is changing, rearranging inside her very own cacoon

She will be different – she knows a change is coming soon

To realise she has a choice has allowed her to find her voice

So she walks through the brambles in her mind for she sees the light getting nearer in view she believes she can become a butterfly and so if you believe then you can too.

And I will guide you from the pit
You are enough and so much more
Bask in the sun and I implore
See your splendour and your spark
I will aid you out of the dark
And lead yourself where you dare to tread
Into the daylight that nourishes and keeps you fed.

Deep in the Soul so lightly

Scorches away the old familiar pattern

Brings forth a heavenly lantern

Full of hope letting go the sorrow

Now eager to see the ‘morrow.

Sometimes the flame is low

Lightning strikes and revives its’ glow

Bless all who tread this path

Though it may be hard and graft

If you choose to sail this course
